Description

Fermentation in steel with 10 day maceration on the pomace and subsequent malolactic fermentation in barrel. Maturation for 20 months in French wooden barriques. After blending, long refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Intense and deep garnet red color. On the nose fresh aromas of cranberries, cherries and currants, accompanied by notes of tobacco and chocolate. In the mouth it is fresh and spicy, with soft and velvety tannins, and a very long mineral finish.

Game and game, red meats and mature cheeses.
