Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, soft destemming and fermentation on its own yeasts for 18 days, with punching down twice a day at a temperature between 22 and 25°C; the wine matures for 18 months, 80% in steel, 20% in used barrique. Assembly and refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Deep red color with purple hues, nose of small ripe fruits, soft sip with good structure with light tannins and harmonious finish.

Pairings

Cold cuts and cheeses, first courses with game sauces, grilled meats.
