Maceration of the crushed grapes for 15 days at a temperature of 25°C; racking and decanting. Fermentation is carried out entirely in small oak barrels. Maturation of the wine for 24 months in oak barrels, refinement for 2 months in the bottle.
Deep ruby red colour; intense nose that ranges from fresh fruit notes of cherry, black cherry and raspberry to those of rose, geranium and unripe plums; fresh and fragrant sip with a light acid note that recalls the fruity sensations found on the nose.
Medium-aged cured meats and cheeses, red meats, game.
