Description

These are the words of the producer: “The 2017 harvest will remain in the memory of our Vignerons as the worst of the last 130 years”. Due to two days of frost with temperatures at -5°C, production was compromised to the point of losing 98.80% of the grapes. The maturation reached an unusual polyphenolic concentration, then enhanced by a year of refinement in the cellar, where in the steel tank the fine lees were reassembled and suspended every 15 days to enrich the wine with its potential. The softness obtained together with the typical minerality of the area significantly characterize the vintage. However, the unfortunate outcome of the adverse climatic conditions for the 2017 vintage gave birth to a unique and unrepeatable product.

Tasting

Light color typical of the vine with greenish reflections. On the nose ripe apple, white flowers and exotic fruits. In the mouth, softness and freshness intertwine in perfect balance.
