Description

Grapes harvested in mid-September followed by spontaneous fermentation and maceration in contact with the skins for about 20 days in steel. Maturation for 6 months in large barrels and refinement in bottle. Without added sulphites, unfiltered.

Tasting

Nose of red flowers, berries and cherries, undergrowth and wild notes; deep, fresh and savoury sip, with dynamic tannins and a long persistence.

Stewed or grilled meats, game, mature cheeses.
