Description

Nebbiolo and Freisa are vinified together; the harvest period is decided by Nebbiolo, so Freisa is harvested when it is already overripe. Spontaneous fermentation in cement and refinement in the same containers for 6 months.

Nose of raspberries, citrus and aromatic herbs, with balsamic hints; exuberant sip, with beautiful balance and harmony.
