Description

Free-run must vinified off-white, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation and refermentation to sparkling wine with the Martinotti method, remaining on the yeasts for 12 months.

Tasting

Powder pink color with very fine and persistent perlage. Floral, grapefruit and rhubarb aromas. Pleasant, fresh, savory and elegant.
