The grapes harvested in the second ten days of September are destemmed and pressed with soft pressing; the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel fermenters at a controlled temperature; the wine matures on the fine lees in steel tanks until May.

Ruby red color with violet reflections; nose of well-ripe red fruit, berries and violets; soft, fresh and savory sip, with good structure and soft tannins.
