Description

Manual harvest in boxes; after delicate pressing of the grapes, fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature and the wine matures in tanks for approximately four months.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow colour; delicate nose, with fruity nuances of wild apples and rose hips in bloom; on the palate we find hazelnut essence accompanied by a very pleasant persistence.

Aperitif, freshwater fish, seafood crudités, shellfish, fresh cheeses.
