Organic
The grapes, both white and red, are harvested together in small crates. Spontaneous fermentation is on the skins in concrete tanks for over 1 month. Maturation in cement for 1 year and refinement in bottle for at least 6 months.
Direct fruity, with aromas of currants and wild flowers, fresh without appearing acidic, enveloping without being alcoholic, clear, slim and smooth on the palate with a slightly tannic finish.
A wine from times gone by, extremely drinkable without being banal, suitable for any meal.
