Manual harvesting in boxes in the first half of October; soft pressing, decanting of the free-run must for 18 hours at 10°C; the cleaned must then ferments at a temperature of 16°C for at least 10/15 days; the wine matures in stainless steel barrels.

Yellow colour with greenish hues; intense nose of ripe fruit, citrus, with hints of aromatic herbs; full-bodied, fresh, savoury, well-balanced palate.

Seafood first courses, roast white meats, slightly matured cheeses.
