Description

Harvest between the end of September and the end of October; red vinification and fermentation at a controlled temperature, with micro-oxygenation of the must at each pumping over; use of selected yeasts without the addition of sulphites. Maturation in steel for 4/8 months, refinement in bottle.

Tasting

Brilliant ruby red colour; intense nose of red fruits and a light note of cocoa and cherries in alcohol; full and soft sip, clean and velvety.

Grilled meats, stews, roasts, medium-aged cheeses.
