Description

Free-run must without maceration, alcoholic fermentation and refermentation for at least 3 months with the Martinotti method.

Tasting

Pale pink, powder color, with a very fine and persistent perlage. Notes of white flowers, hawthorn, red apple peel, wild strawberry, aromas and flavors of raspberry and vanilla. Great acidity and fresh, persistent and delicate aftertaste with a fruity note. Dry, sharp and clean.

Aperitif, appetizers, fish tartare, tortellini, cured meats.
