Manual harvest in the first ten days of October; white vinification in cement tanks at controlled temperatures; matures for two months on the fine lees in cement, refines for a month in the bottle.
Intense straw yellow colour; fruity and floral nose, with strong mineral sensations; the sip confirms an extraordinary minerality and freshness, with flowers and fruit that return.
Seafood appetizers, baked or grilled fish and shellfish.
