First pressing of grapes from vineyard plots harvested by hand when perfectly ripe; destemming, skin contact and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel; the wine matures for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Brilliant ruby red colour; nose of currants, small red berries, vanilla, undergrowth and musk; the flavour is dry, warm and soft, with good harmony between acidity and savouriness.

Starters and first courses with mushrooms, grilled meats, cured meats and mature cheeses.
