Description

Destemming, crushing and classic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with pumping over and delestage. Maceration on the skins for 24 days, malolactic fermentation during the following spring in wood. Aging for 24 months in 25hl Slavonian oak barrels.

Tasting

Garnet red colour, bright. On the nose notes of red berry fruit and spices, with vegetal hints. The sip is vibrant, fresh and tannic. Structured, with a harmonious and balanced finish.

Cold cuts and cheeses, grilled red meats.
