Description

Manual harvesting of grapes; spontaneous fermentation of the base and racking at the end of fermentation; maturation in steel on the fine lees, with natural development of the malolactic fermentation before the draft; 36 months on the yeasts in the bottle before disgorgement. Not dosed.

Tasting

On the nose a rich and complex fruity and slightly spicy olfactory bouquet of great persistence. On the sip it is elegant, fine, with excellent freshness.
