Description

Spontaneous fermentation and only steel in vinification before a long stay in the bottle to allow the wine to find the right harmony.

Tasting

On the nose, a breath of initial volatile acidity, spicy with white pepper, then a dark compressed fruit enters that increases the creamy sweet quota with a beautiful olfactory finish of dark chocolate. The sip has a beautiful material and a finish with gritty acidity and abundant tannin but quite soft. The extraction is not lacking but the sip is loose and tasty, inviting.
