The grapes are hand-picked in the second ten days of September; the grapes are gently destemmed and briefly macerated on the skins, followed by soft pressing and subsequent static decantation of the must. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in French oak barrels; the wine ages in the same barrels for approximately 10 months and then refines in the bottle for another 9 months.

Deep straw yellow in color; intense and elegant on the nose, with notes of pineapple, white flowers, and orange blossom, and hints of lemon balm, vanilla, and candied fruit; enveloping and structured on the palate, full and smooth, with hints of exotic fruit and cream, and a long finish.
