Red vinification with spontaneous fermentation in open steel vats, maceration in contact with the skins for 30 days; the wine rests and matures for 3 years in large oak barrels and refines in the bottle for at least one year.
Brilliant ruby red colour, intense and broad nose of red fruits and spices, enveloping and harmonious sip, dry and savory, elegant and persistent.
Roasts, grilled red meats, mature cheeses.
