Description

Harvest: third decade of September – early October, manual in boxes. Vinification: soft pressing, cold decantation and controlled temperature fermentation. Maturation: 6 months in steel on its lees.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; Floral and citrus notes, straight and fresh sip, with great minerality and balance. Very persistent, with final hints of almond.

Pairings

Fish appetizers and fish dishes in general, delicate first courses and white meats.
