Description

Soft pressing of the grapes with a maximum extraction of 60% of free-run must. Fermentation in steel barrels. Aging 4/5 months in steel barrels.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow colour; fine and complex nose, full-bodied and persistent sip.

Pairings

It is particularly suitable with fish, white meats and appetizers. Excellent as an aperitif.
