At Ca’ Lojera the third harvest is reserved for the Riserva del Lupo, between the end of October and November. In this way, grapes with noble botrytis are obtained and it is possible to extract all the minerality of the soil that was once the bottom of the lake. It refines for two years in steel tanks and for six months in bottles, in the winery’s underground cellar, at naturally constant temperature and humidity.
Minerality, elegance, strength and depth. With a few years in the bottle it expresses itself in all its complexity.
