Trebbiano 100%
Harvest: third decade of September – early October, manual in boxes. Vinification: soft pressing, cold decantation and controlled temperature fermentation. Maturation: 15% of the grapes mature in Tonneaux barrels used, the rest of the grapes for 6 months in steel on their lees, followed by a minimum refinement of 24 months.
Deep straw yellow colour; on the nose aromatic herbs and wild flowers, with fruity hints of citrus fruits; the sip is dry and very mineral, harmonious and balanced, with long persistence.
It is suitable for fish starters, delicate first courses, fish dishes in general, white meats and young cheeses.
