Soft pressing of the grapes with a maximum extraction of 50% of free-run must. Fermentation in steel barrels. Aging 10/12 months in steel barrels.
Intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. Fresh and mineral nose, balanced by warm notes of ripe fruit. Robust and velvety sip, with good persistence.
Its rich aroma, with hints of hazelnut and an elegant almond aftertaste, suggests its pairing not only with fish, but also with pasta dishes, grilled meat, risottos and cheeses.
