Description

Careful selection in the vineyard in the period preceding the harvest; hand picking, fermentation in wooden barrels and maturation in large oak casks for 12 months.

Straw yellow colour with golden hues; intense nose of flowers and ripe fruit, with hints of citrus; fresh and savoury, harmonious and balanced on the palate.

Seafood first courses, shellfish and molluscs, roast white meats, medium mature cheeses.
