Steel vinification of the grapes with short maceration of the skins to extract substances and colour, spontaneous fermentation; maturation in steel for approximately 7 months; the second fermentation in the bottle occurs thanks to the addition of the same previously refrigerated must, without therefore having to add external sugars; 30 months on the lees before disgorgement.

Coral pink color; on the nose hints of wild strawberry and blackberry, and floral notes with a light toasting. Sip of great freshness and minerality accompanied by intense citrus notes and supported by noble tannins extracted during winemaking.
