Lupus in Fabula Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG 2023

Manual harvest in boxes in the first ten days of September; after a soft vacuum pressing of the grapes the must is suddenly cooled and clarified through cold decantation. The slow fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel containers then begins. The wine ages in steel for 8 months on the fine lees.

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; nose of white pulp fruit, pear, peach and flowers of the Mediterranean scrub, notes of orange peel and grapefruit; full and mineral sip, almondy, long and persistent.
