Timorasso
Manual harvest in boxes, soft pressing from whole grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14/16°C. Maturation in steel with permanence on the fine lees and programmed batonnages; second fermentation and refinement for 6 months in autoclave.
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, light foam with fine and persistent perlage; delicate nose with hints of citrus and mineral notes; savory and fresh sip with excellent acidity and a light bitter aftertaste.
Aperitif, appetizers, seafood first and second courses.
