Description

Blanc de Noirs obtained from the refermentation in the bottle of Perricone vinified in white and then refermented in the bottle with its own must. Remaining on the lees for 15 months before disgorging.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with light golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage; intense, fruity and floral nose; fresh and balanced sip, elegant, with soft and savoury sensations.
