Manual harvesting in boxes in the first half of October with careful selection of the bunches; fermentation with maceration for at least 12 days at a maximum temperature of 26°C; the wine matures 36 months in steel and is refined for 6 months in the bottle.

Red in colour with brilliant garnet hues; spicy and balsamic nose against a background of small fruits; soft, round and enveloping on the palate.

Roast meat, medium-aged cheeses.
