Barbera
Manual harvest at the end of September/beginning of October; spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 12 days without temperature control; matures in steel barrels for 12 months and refines for at least 18 months in the bottle.
Impenetrable ruby red colour; rich and intense nose of morello cherry and violet, with balsamic hints of eucalyptus and toasted notes. The sip is agile and decisive, with important tannins and a pleasant freshness; alcohol well integrated; persistent finish with return of toasted hints.
First courses with ragù, braised meats and stews.
