Description

Manual harvest in bins; cooling in a cell overnight at 1°C/3°C. Pressing of whole bunches and fermentation with pied de cuve without adding yeasts. Stainless steel battonage of approximately 6 months.

Tasting

On the nose the wine presents light floral sensations reminiscent of hawthorn petals, aromatic herbs and Golden apple. The sip is fresh and generous, fine and fragrant, with sensations of grape and lemon.
