Whole-berry processing, with part vinified as a whole bunch. Aged 36 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and at least 6 months in bottle.

Garnet red in color, the nose expresses the essence of Sangiovese with notes of morello cherry and bitter orange, followed by tobacco and white pepper. On the palate, freshness and smoothness embrace a subtle and silky tannin structure, finishing with elegance and persistence.
