Description

The base wine undergoes its first fermentation in large wood (larch-oak) and in stainless steel; second fermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico, and stays on the lees for at least 24 months; bottle ageing takes place in the Magnetite mines of Cogne.

Tasting

Straw-yellow colour with greenish hues, fine and persistent bubbles; fine, mineral and fruity nose, fresh, persistent and creamy palate.

Pairings

Aperitifs, medium-aged cheeses, ideal with Bleu d'Aoste.
