Description

Eighty percent of the bunches are destemmed. It ferments spontaneously and ages for 24 months in 500-liter barrels, both used five and six times.

Tasting

Rich and enveloping nose of white flowers and yellow fruit, with citrus and spicy notes; taut, salty and crisp on the palate.
