Description

The harvest takes place between the end of September and the beginning of October; spontaneous fermentation in cement tanks, with indigenous yeasts; it matures in Slavonian oak and refines in the bottle.

Bright ruby color; intense and generous nose of red fruit, fresh and dried flowers, Mediterranean scrub, with iodine and peppery notes; fresh and juicy sip, savoury and persistent.
