Description

Produced since 2002 from a vineyard planted in 1980 and 2001 on sandstone soil at 500 meters above sea level. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 6 months in cement and another 10 in the bottle.

Tasting

Floral nose of geranium and violet, with notes of berries and wild herbs; full and enveloping sip, with beautiful freshness and minerality, with vigorous tannins and excellent balance.

Grilled meats, aged cheeses.
