Description

Harvested and selected by hand in the first half of September. Destemming and followed by fermentation in steel. During maceration, pumping over and punching down take place. Malolactic fermentation in steel. Maturation in barriques for 12 months, refinement in bottle for another year.

Tasting

Bright ruby red colour, intense and fine nose with hints of raspberry, black cherry and undergrowth; elegant, warm and harmonious sip.
