The grapes are harvested and laid out in wooden crates and lightly dried naturally. The grapes are pressed and fermentation macerates on the skins for a few days, followed by ageing of the wine in acacia wood barrels.

Deep straw yellow colour. Complex nose, with all the typicality of the Nosiola grape. Soft and harmonious on the palate, with long persistence, enriched by the drying of the grapes and passage in acacia barrels.

Freshwater fish or vegetable dishes, white meats, tasty soft cheeses.
