Description

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard when the right ripeness is reached. Traditional red vinification with maceration on the skins for 12 days, constant temperature at 25/26°, fermentation in steel. Maturation in barriques for at least 12 months.

Spicy aromas against a background of vanilla evolving into leather, chocolate and mineral.
