Manual harvest in the second half of September. The grapes are destemmed and pressed; spontaneous fermentation lasts about two weeks; it is then kept in concrete tanks. The battonage operation is carried out for a few months, i.e. the suspension of the fine lees to obtain a wine richer in olfactory and gustatory nuances. It refines in the bottle for 3 months before being released on the market.

Golden yellow color. Aromas of ripe yellow fruit. Mature, soft wine with a pleasant savory finish.
