Destemming, soft pressing, light static decantation of the cold must, fermentation with Native yeasts at a controlled temperature of 18.5°C. Matured in steel in contact with the fine lees for 6 months, refined in bottle for 3 months.

Intense and complex nose of citrus fruits, honey, sage and wild flowers. Sip of balanced freshness, fruit, softness and body; slightly citrusy and pleasantly bitter finish. Excellent persistence.
