Malvasia Colli Piacentini Terramara DOC 2024

The grapes are harvested slightly overripe to have a greater concentration of aromas and sugars; they are vinified in white by soft pressing, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in a protected environment and in the absence of oxygen; refinement in steel for several months with frequent batonnage. Filtration and bottling follows.

Pale straw yellow colour. On the nose mineral notes of wet stone, then peach, dog rose, bergamot, grapefruit and medlar, with balsamic and sage notes. Savory, very intense, complex, harmonious, mineral on the palate.

Cured meats and mature cheeses, grilled shellfish.
