Malvasia Collio DOC, 2020

Harvested by hand in boxes with selection in the vineyard in September; fermentation takes place spontaneously in the presence of the skins in oak conical vats for 60-90 days; the wine matures for three years in 20/30hl oak casks and is refined for another year in the bottle.

Golden yellow colour with orange highlights; aromatic nose of spices and citrus peel, tomato leaf and aromatic herbs; fine, soft and enveloping on the palate, with long persistence and balanced freshness and savouriness.

Crustaceans and seafood, spicy vegetarian dishes, fish soups, medium-aged cheeses.
