Manual harvest in boxes at the end of September, beginning of October; classic white vinification in steel, maturation in steel and refinement in glass;

Tasting

Notes of freshly cut grass and slightly citrus, jasmine and Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth, acidic and savory notes predominate with a return to citrus fruits such as bergamot and cedar.
