Description

Pure Sangiovese harvested in the third week of September, to ensure ripe fruit, which then ferments completely in vats in contact with the skins for two weeks. Made exclusively from stainless steel.

A nose of flowers and red fruits, with mineral and vegetal notes; a fresh and savory palate, dynamic, and very drinkable.
