Description

The hand-harvested grapes are cooled, whole bunch pressed and mashed after a short maceration, without the use of any other substance. Spontaneous fermentation generally lasts 3/4 weeks. The wine matures slowly on its fine lees for at least 10 months and then continues refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Floral, spicy nose with typically Alsatian aromatic notes; large and round sip, supported by a dense structure and a great citrus freshness. A living and vital wine in constant evolution.

Starters, cured meats, soft cheeses, seafood first courses, vegetarian dishes, grilled white meats.
