Manual harvest in the second ten days of October, delicate pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature; maturation in steel tanks for 5 months.
It has a fine and intense aroma with a floral-fruity note. Wine with medium structure and lots of freshness, slightly acidic and with good flavor.
Light seafood appetizers, fish crudités, vegetarian dishes.
