Description

Destemming of the grapes after cooling to 8°C in a cell, soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature with indigenous yeasts. Matures in cement for 3 months on the fine lees, refines in the bottle for another 3 months.

Tasting

Bright antique pink color, nose of berries and flowers; mineral, savoury and citrusy sip.
